Due to growing demand for our services, Prevos Solutions is looking for an experienced part-time Senior Support Engineer to join our growing team.
Reporting to our Technical Director, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years proficiency in the following:
- Supporting clients in a service desk or similar environment
- General Windows-based technical support
- Windows Small Business Server 2008 - 2012
Duties will include the following:
1. Responding to service requests in our service desk; attempting remote resolution initially, then onsite.
2. Configuring and setting up PCs, Laptops, network equipment.
3. Recommending and implementing solutions to various technical challenges faced by our clients.

2. Calm and focused under high-pressure situations
3. Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities
